Should I start here?
We suggest starting with the daily routine first. The intensive block is meant to sit on top of a habit you already keep.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Pueraria mirifica is phytoestrogenic and we do not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Wait until you have finished nursing before you start.
What happens after week 8?
You go back to the daily routine — capsules and cream — or talk to a specialist before starting another block.
