Evidence
In 2017, the journal Shinryo to Shinyaku published a randomized controlled trial of Pueraria mirifica taken by mouth for 12 weeks. The researchers measured the firmness of the skin on the upper breast and the angle between the breast fold and the nipple.

Use light, smooth strokes across the chest and bust, moving from the center outward.
Finish with soft circles, then let your skin rest.
Intensive care
When you would like to add another layer of care, the Nano pair is made as an extra step. In the Intensive Ritual set, Nano Breast Serum 40 ml and Nano Breast Cream 40 g join your daily capsules in place of the standard serum and cream. Use the Nano serum morning and night, and the Nano cream after it.
