A plant Thai grandmothers already knew
White Kwao Krua grows wild in the deciduous forests of northern Thailand. For generations it was dried, ground and taken in small amounts by women who wanted to feel more like themselves as they aged.
The knowledge was real but loose: no doses, no standards, and no way to tell a strong root from a weak one. That gap is where our story starts.
