How long before I see anything?
Most people notice nothing for four weeks, something around eight, and judge properly at twelve. If a seller promises faster, they are selling you the promise.
Can I take this with hormonal birth control?
Talk to your doctor first — Pueraria mirifica is phytoestrogenic and we will not give medical clearance by email. Bring the ingredient list to the appointment; we will send it on request.
Where does my order ship from, and how long?
Pathumthani, Thailand. We ship by standard international post or DHL Express; standard post runs 7–12 working days to most of Europe and North America, 3–6 within Asia. Tracking is emailed the day it leaves.
What if it does not work for me?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & refunds for how it works.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not a retail one. Our head office in Pathumthani is an office and warehouse; you can collect an order there by appointment if you are nearby.
