Who is the daily routine for?
Anyone who wants to start with Pueraria mirifica at the simplest level — one capsule product and one cream, used every day.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Pueraria mirifica is phytoestrogenic and we do not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Wait until you have finished nursing before you start.
How is it different from Firmness & Lift?
Firmness & Lift adds the Breast Serum before the cream. The daily routine leaves it out and keeps to two products.
