Make it easy: if you want this, start here
| If you want | Start with |
|---|---|
| The simplest daily habit | Start with the capsules |
| A daily skin step | Start with the cream |
| A lighter texture | Start with the serum, alone or under a cream |
| To add to a topical routine you already have | Add the Nano pair on top |
| One extra moment of care each week | Add the mask |
These are starting points, not rules. Your goal should lead the choice, more than packaging or price.
How to use each format
-
Capsules
Taken on a daily schedule, as directed on the pack. Taking more than the labelled amount has not been shown to be safer or more effective, so keep to the label. If you are searching for internal care, this is the format: our capsules are a standard oral supplement.
-
Cream
Applied to the skin of the chest and bust and massaged in gently. It is a good first topical step because it keeps your routine simple.
-
Serum
Applied to clean skin, alone or before a cream. It is the lighter, quicker step.
-
Mask
Used once or twice a week as an extra moment of care, as directed on the pack.
-
Nano Series
Nano versions of the serum and cream use a smaller-particle delivery system, so they work best as a layer added to a routine you already know.
-
Liquid extract and powder
These are raw ingredients made for manufacturers and formulators. The liquid extract is for external use only, as a material for making cosmetic products. They are not a starting point for everyday use.

Can you combine formats?
Yes. Pairing a capsule with a cream or serum is a common routine, because one is taken from within and the other is applied to the skin. A simple rule keeps it easy to follow:
- Add one new product at a time, so it is easier to see how your skin and body feel.
If you would like the steps already put together, our ritual sets combine formats in one order. The Starter Ritual pairs capsules with cream, the Complete Ritual adds the serum, and the Intensive Ritual adds the Nano series to your daily capsules.
Looking for something we do not sell?
If you want a quick, light step, the serum is the closest option. If you want something richer to massage in, the cream is the closest option. If you were looking for powder to use at home, please note that our powder is a raw ingredient for formulators.

FAQs
How do I take the capsules?
Take them exactly as directed on the label, and do not take more than the labelled amount. If you are unsure, ask a specialist on WhatsApp or speak with your doctor.
What is the right dosage?
The amount to use is printed on the label of each product, and we do not suggest amounts beyond the label.
Should I start with capsules or a topical product?
Capsules are the easiest way to build a daily habit. A cream or serum is the more direct choice if you are looking for a skin step. Neither is better; they simply do different jobs.
Is topical or oral better?
They are chosen for different reasons. Most published human trials we know of used oral extract, such as the review by Kongkaew and colleagues (2018, Journal of Ethnopharmacology), while topical products are chosen as part of a skin routine. Many routines use both.
Does nano mean it is stronger?
Not necessarily. Nano refers to particle size and delivery, not automatically to a higher amount of active ingredient.
